If you believe your flag has a manufacturing defect, send an email to info@rushmoreroseusa.com with details and photos of the issue.
- For manufacturing defects reported within 30 days, we’ll send you a replacement free of charge—no need to return the item.
- If you’ve changed your mind and no longer want the product, let us know. We’ll provide instructions for returning the unused flag (return shipping fees apply).
Step 2: Return the Item (if applicable)
Ship the unused flag with its original packaging to the address we’ll provide. Make sure the return is initiated within 30 days of purchase for a refund.
Important Details to Remember
- Warranty for Defects Only: Our flags are designed for durability, but extreme weather events (e.g., hurricanes, severe storms) and general wear and tear are not covered under our warranty. If you place your flag in outdoor conditions, exposure to the elements may naturally impact its lifespan.
- 30-Day Return Policy: Returns are accepted only for unused products purchased directly from Rushmorerose.com / Amazon or Walmart
- Refund Process: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method upon inspection of the returned item.
Flags are outdoor products exposed to varying conditions. To ensure fairness, our 30-day guarantee covers only manufacturing defects. We are unable to replace flags damaged due to extreme weather or extended outdoor exposure.

Looks awesome and appears to be of high quality. I would buy it again. But, it would be nice if it was designed so that you didn’t have to completely remove it to watch TV. Perhaps zippers or Velcro on the sides would enable this. Something to think about going forward.

I received the pole by mail in a reasonable amount of time. The pole is durable and lightweight as advertised and the bracket was easy to attach. Since aluminum doesn't rust, it should last a long time where it is. So far I am 100% satisfied.
